🛍️ Merchandise Returns (Apparel, Gear, Accessories)
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your ALL DAY WORK merchandise, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
✅ Eligible Returns:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Must include original tags and packaging

Return requests must include order number and reason
❌ Non-Returnable:

Items marked final sale

Customized gear or limited drops

Worn or damaged products
📦 Return Process:

Once approved, ship the product back at your own cost.

Upon inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
🧾 Clinic & Event Refunds
Your registration secures your spot at our exclusive clinics. Due to limited capacity, we follow a strict refund policy:
✅ Full Refunds:

If a clinic is cancelled by us (e.g., low registration or emergency), you’ll receive a 100% refund within 5 business days.
⚠️ Partial Refunds or Credit:

If you cancel at least 7 days before the event, you may be eligible for a 50% refund or full credit for a future clinic (based on availability).

No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before an event.
🚨 Minimum Registration Notice:
ALL DAY WORK reserves the right to cancel any clinic if fewer than 75 athletes register. Full refunds will be issued if this occurs.
🎟️ Ticket Transfers
Can’t make it? You’re allowed to transfer your ticket to another athlete with prior written approval. Contact us at least 48 hours before the event.
