All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

• Delivery location

• Weight and size of your order

• Shipping method selected

🎁 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.

📦 Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to:

• High order volume

• Weather or carrier issues

• Customs clearance (for international orders)

ALL DAY WORK is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers but will support you in resolving issues.

❗ Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery

• Include your order number, photos (if damaged), and any relevant details

We’ll assist with filing a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

📬 Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
ALL DAY WORK is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase.

🧢 Event Kits / Clinics

Event kits (if applicable) are shipped 7–10 days before the clinic date. If your kit doesn’t arrive in time, you will be able to collect it at the event check-in desk.
